The reality of death due to suicide ia a news that makes dilemma. Case case took place throughout 2020 and sparked debate over the course action. Is it human free will or not. In connection with this debate, I view from perspective Neuroscience Sigmund Freud’s Psychoanalysis as an attempt make people aware occours result secuence events leads psychologically. approach used are descriptive qualitative mhetods literature study interview strengthen data. purpose is show reader about background influence person commit suicide. By looking at complexity problem, it’s hoped community be sensitive not add burden on perpetrators. This paper offers counter narrative by carrying out two philosophical concepts tosangrapu siangkaran culture. With these concepts, there hope cases can reduced because they defeated sensitivity in society embrace help each other when problem their life.
 Realitas kematian akibat kasus membunuh diri sendiri merupakan berita yang membuat dilema. Kasus demi terjadi sepanjang tahun dan mengumandangkan perdebatan tentang tindakan tersebut. Apakah itu sebuah kehendak bebas manusia atau bukan. Berkaitan dengan tersebut, penulis melihat bunuh dari perspektif neurosains psikoanalisis Freud sebagai upaya untuk menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa adanya urutan peristiwa mengantarnya secara psikologis. Pendekatan digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif studi pustaka serta wawancara memperkuat data kepustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini menunjukkan kepada pembaca latar belakang mempengaruhi seseorang melakukan diri. Dengan kompleksitas masalah itu, diharapkan bisa peka tidak menambah beban pelaku. Tulisan menawarkan kontra narasi dua konsep filosofis budaya siangkaran. ini, ada harapan dapat dikurangi karena dikalahkan oleh kepekaan dalam saling merangkul membantu ketika mendapat suatu kehidupannya.
